The General Terms and Conditions contained herein along with the Terms of Use, Data Usage & Privacy Policy and Payment Security form an Agreement regulating the relationship with regard to the use of the website www.buyatnectar.com by you called the “USER”.

 
Please read this Agreement carefully. This Agreement is effective when you use this site. USER(s) are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to these General Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Sale from time to time.
 
www.buyatnectar.com may at any time modify these Terms and your continued use of this site would be conditional to your acceptance of the terms and conditions in force at the time of use.
 
Any clause if deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the General Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Sale.

These Terms and Conditions together with the Terms of Sale and the conditions as mentioned in the Performa Invoice issued after ordering supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order / communication submitted. By using the services of www.buyatnectar.com  you agree to be bound by all these Terms and Conditions.

USER agrees to provide authentic and true information. www.buyatnectar.com  reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the USER at any point of time. If upon confirmation such details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), www.buyatnectar.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the USER from using the services of www.buyatnectar.com website without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  2. All prices and availability of products is subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of www.buyatnectar.com , Cisco & Cisco’s channel partner - Redington India Limited – on whose behalf the sale is being captured at this portal.
  3. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, www.buyatnectar.com acts only as booking agent to facilitate / integrate transactions between the USERs and Cisco’s channel partner through this online web store. www.buyatnectar.com shall in no way be responsible for any issues and complaints regarding quality of product, damages, warranty claims, service fulfillment, additional cost, losses, expenses and/or taxes etc incurred by USERs of the products.Cisco’s channel partner – Redington India Limited – will be responsible to supply, install and support the products / services ordered by you through this portal and we warrant that we will correctly represent your order and delivery details to them and also pass the money collected from you to them after they have submitted the proof of delivery of the items ordered on this website. This will be a sufficient condition to absolve us from any claims to be made by you with respect to your order. Thereafter, all claims with respect to your order will be bound by the Terms of Sale as mentioned in the Invoice of Cisco’s channel partner – Redington India Limited who will be the entity to redress it as well. However, at all times, we will work to facilitate and resolve any issues that you bring to our notice with respect to the delivery and installation of your order by taking it up with Cisco & Cisco’s channel partner – Redington India Limited.
  4. You are strongly advised to read the service and warranty claim procedures for Cisco products before you place and confirm any order through www.buyatnectar.com

Except as specifically permitted in advance, no portion of the information on this web site may be reproduced in any form, or by any means, without prior written permission from www.buyatnectar.com  Visitors or users are not permitted to modify, distribute, publish, transmit or create derivative works of any material found on this site for any public or commercial purpose.
  6. The Bill of Material presented by the Product Advisor Section is basis the limited information provided by you. It is suggestive and only for guidance purpose. You are advised to exercise caution and do sufficient researches before you make your purchase decision. For your convenience we have a Customer Sales Support function that will be happy to assist. You accept that you alone are responsible for the purchase you make here. Once the items are shipped to you basis your order, they will not be refunded or returned on any grounds except as under the provision of Product Warranty and Service and as guided by Cisco & their channel partner – Redington India Limited policies for the same. For products damaged in transit and received defective by you, we will work to get them replaced by Redington India Limited or Cisco.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages and the maximum claim admissible under any circumstance is limited to the payments received by us from you through the valid methods of payment. The admission of claim is not a sufficient condition for refund. You shall defend and indemnify www.buyatnectar.com and our third party service providers and fulfillment partners and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties, cause of action or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties as a result of your use of this website.

  5. At any stage your credit card information is not captured by www.buyatnectar.com or by any associate of ours. Please report any attempts to get your credit card number at customer.support@buyatnectar.com

We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information, as we do take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

The credit card information which is shared by you is not visible / accessible by anyone including www.buyatnectar.com this is being provided by ICICI Bank using 3D secure technology. Your information is only viewed by the bank which has issued you the credit card.
