This Terms of Sale agreement read together with the General Terms & Conditions constitutes a binding legal contract between you the "CUSTOMER" and www.buyatnectar.com . By ordering any product, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time. Changes to this Agreement will be effective when posted on this page. 

 
 
 
SALES ON THIS PORTAL ARE NOT AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS SALES EITHER BY Cisco OR NECTAR -a div of Q-Equip Associates India Pvt Ltd.The sale on this portal is being made on behalf of Cisco’s country distributor Redington India Limited (RIL) whose registered/corporate office is SPL Guindy House, 95 Mount Road, Guindy, Chennai-600032, under a service contract with Cisco and a fulfillment contract with RIL. We are aggregating the online sales on behalf of RIL and the monies thus collected will be transferred to RIL after the deduction of Payment Gateway/Bank charges as applicable for the fulfillment – supply and installation to be done by RIL or its representative(s). However, in case of any difficulty, please contact us and we will be happy to take up the issue(s) with RIL / its representative(s) and Cisco for their appropriate resolution.
 
All product related warranty, guarantee & service aspects / issues will be as per the appropriate policies of Cisco and RIL. You are advised to carefully read these policies and terms available on
 
 
before you order and you will be bound by those terms with respect to the warranty, guarantee and service aspects of the products / services you buy through this portal.
 
 
Help is given to the CUSTOMER for converting the business requirements into a bill of material but the final choice of products and the quantity being ordered is made by the CUSTOMER. www.buyatnectar.com is not liable for any mismatch in business requirement and products being purchased online.
 
 
We attempt to describe the items offered on the website as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that the descriptions or other content on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
 
 
All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees. All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the aggregator. The price includes shipment and installation charges.
 
 
Once you place an order, www.buyatnectar.com will send you a proforma invoice and provide you with an order confirmation number. You will also be able to download this from your account at any point of time subsequently.
 
Once order confirmation happens your order will be transferred to Redington India Limited and the relevant distributor in India whose details will be shared with you. This distributor will ship your products to you directly and will also raise a final invoice. www.buyatnectar.com will release the money received from you (minus the payment gateway commission in case of online payments) to the distributor once the order is shipped.
 
You will also be informed of the Channel partner responsible for opening the courier and installing the products. All this information will be given to you by www.buyatnectar.com through emails or update in your account with us.
 
When your order is shipped, www.buyatnectar.com will send you a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
 
You can review the status of the order by logging into your account or contact us at customer.support@buyatnectar.com for the resolution of any questions you may have concerning your order.
 
 
We at www.buyatnectar.com have tied up with a trusted payment gateway provider - ICICI Bank. Your credit card information will be encrypted and will only be visible to the issuing bank which will use the information to authenticate the payment.
 
For your online payment security we are providing with 3D secure payment gateway and the site is Verisign verified. This ensures that all the information which you share with us during your session is encrypted.
 
No employee of www.buyatnectar.com or any of our affiliates will ever ask you for your credit card details and if you are approached by someone please inform us at
 
 
 
 
Delivery of products will be made to you by Cisco’s Distributors in India. An expected shipment lead time will be mentioned to you in the proforma invoice. CUSTOMER will have the option of cancelling the order if the shipment is not made in the mentioned lead time plus 30% working days. (For example if the stated shipment lead time is 12 working days, the customer can cancel the order if the shipment is not made in 16 working days).
 
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by www.buyatnectar.com or Cisco’s Distributors for redelivery shall be claimed from the CUSTOMER.
 
 
The products sold on this site come with warranty and service support, where available, which the CUSTOMER has to purchase separately
 
If you have any product performance issues please feel free to get in touch with customer.support@buyatnectar.com and we will be happy to help. Product support and warranty will be directly provided by Cisco and the channel partner who had installed the product.
 
In case the product is not working on receipt Cisco will replace this free of cost. You are informed NOT TO OPEN THE SHIPMENT PACKET without the presence of the Channel Partner responsible for the installation.
 
 
Though www.buyatnectar.com would appreciate that the CUSTOMER confirm an order only when they are sure but still if CUSTOMER wants to cancel an order following are the rules pertaining it :
  • If order is cancelled before order shipment is made he will be refunded after deducting payment gateway charges if any and a order cancellation charge of Rs 1000/-
  • If there are delays beyond 30% of the agreed upon shipment lead time then also the customer will have the option of cancelling the order. He will in such a case be refunded the entire amount.
  • CUSTOMER will not be allowed to cancel the order once the shipment has been made. Proof of shipment is the Airway Bill which will be received from the courier company.
 
 
The price quoted on the website is inclusive of all statutory taxes and levies. The proforma invoice captures the details of the taxes (sales tax and VAT) paid by the CUSTOMER.
